Donna DeNomme practices and teaches the ancient healing art of Reiki – the Usui Method of Natural Healing. She finds it promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and greater spiritual depth. She has taught Reiki since 1990 and maintained a Reiki client practice since 1987. She studied in two different lineages and received advanced training with Grand Master Phyliss Furumoto and Head of the Discipline Paul Mitchell,

Donna has been a spiritual coach since 1991 and has been honored as the “Spiritual Health Guru” by 5280, Denver’s Premier magazine. She has studied and practices a variety of alternative and indigenous healing practices, serving clients with a well-seasoned set of tools for healing, transformation, and expansive growth.

This is the place to begin. No experience or previous instruction necessary. We start with the basics of what is Reiki, where did it originate, and focus on how to use it (for self and others).

Introductory course facilitates your opening to receive this transformational energy and healing tool through in-depth foundational instruction, fundamental principles, and beginning techniques, and four powerful and transformational activations. You will have the confidence to begin your personal practice.
